Soul, Emergent: Movement-Based Inquiry into What We Long For

 —  —

What does your soul need, right now? In this collective moment of increased health concerns and growing acknowledgement of systemic racism and deep injustice, we may find ourselves contracting in body, mind, and spirit. How do we welcome possibility, and expand into our fullest selves? Drawing on tools of empathic communication and movement-based storytelling, Choreographer and Transformational Facilitator Sasha Soreff will guide conversation and dance creation. Powerful insights and new possibilities are revealed when we shift from our heads to our hearts and our bodies. No movement experience is necessary, nor is movement obligatory. Whatever range of motion and mode of expression feels authentic and comfortable for you is welcome.
