Holding Paradox, in words & movement

 —  —

Reimagine Virtual Festival

To hold paradox is to acknowledge the many feelings, needs, and thoughts we can be experiencing simultaneously. Embracing this multiplicity, with movement and empathy, can be a step toward wholeness.

In this space of creative expression, and empathic listening, rooted in the principles of Non-Violent Communication, we welcome the many layers and complexities of our beings. This space of movement and accompaniment supports integration, understanding, and ease.

Choreographer and Transformational Facilitator Sasha Soreff, offers a gentle warm up, discussion and guided (optional) movement exploration. Whatever range of motion and mode of expression feels authentic and comfortable for you is welcome.
