Embodying Forgiveness, in Words and Movement

 —  —

Reimagine Grief, Growth, and Action

Forgiveness is often talked about as something we “should” do – forgive ourselves, forgive others, ask forgiveness. But what does it actually mean, and how does it live in the body?

This is a 2-session workshop that will focus on forgiveness in multiple dimensions - asking forgiveness, being asked to forgive, self-forgiveness, how forgiveness lives in a world in which there is much complicity in collective harm. Through resonant movement and warmhearted conversation, this experiential workshop unpacks forgiveness and the many feelings and sensations that may swirl around this potentially complicated experience.

All movement invitations are optional. Whatever range of motion and mode of expression-including meditation/stillness - feels authentic and comfortable for you is welcome.

You are welcome to attend either or both workshops.
